All orders will be sent within 1 to 2 business days however, we aim to send all orders the same day if placed before 2pm. Orders are sent via Royal Mail with tracking ID available so you can track your parcel. If you have any questions, feel free to email us or connect via our Chat service.

Dry Goods And Live Plants
If your dry goods or plants arrived damaged, a full refund will be issued upon request. Your item/items must be in the original packaging and please send photo evidence.

We Deliver our live stock using a licensed courier called DX . DX are fully licensed Live Fish Overnight Carrier in the UK. This provides the highest level of care possible to ensure a successful delivery.
Your live stock (fish) will be carefully packed by our experienced team. Heat packs along with insulation will be used.
If on the unfortunate event your live stock arrive dead (DOA), a full refund will be issued. You must provide photo evidence of the live stock in it's original packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or Billguppy@aquatails.co.uk
